Shell is undergoing constant strategic reviews, and suffers from a very evident disconnect between the CEO and senior management. Pay is not competitive, despite the multiple attempts to gaslight staff. As the non-finanical perks like expat opportunities, training and development are disappearing, there isn't a reason to stag.
