Good salary Flexible working conditions Experienced technical personell are generally of high competence.

Minpunten

Performance and competence are not valued; incompetent workers are promoted as long as they are well connected. Arrogance and complete misjudgement of their own quality standards. Lack of inspirational long term strategy. Career perspectives seem promising, but the company is on the decline and therefore you cannot trust in this.
