Pluspunten
Slack is such a great place to work because of the people all at levels. We're really a team that values collaboration, teamwork, and hardwork. Slack also has seven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to help in building community, engagement, and belonging which I really appreciate. In terms of career growth, there are opportunities to learn and try new things, and our leaders embrace space to take risks and think outside the box.

I've seen Slack grow a lot these last two years - building more scalable processes is an area of improvement, although different teams are working on this currently.
