We've grown fast, so that can make for some more friction than your typical steady/non-growth environment. Nothing that's insurmountable though and if you have an inclination for working through problems and assuming the best in others (which is quite easy to do here given the kind and thoughtful folks around you), then it's just part of the reality of working at a high growth SaaS company.
