Lots of experienced management and agents make advancement extremely difficult. I realize it’s not an easy problem to tackle it’s just not very motivating sometimes

Culture has lost its way a bit under Salesforce. Tight budget, hiring freezes, and tight ACV goals and deadlines have changed priorities across the company for the worse. Stock isn't doing well.
