Minpunten

This company operates with an old-fashioned mindset, where working from home is still seen as a privilege. Management is highly controlling, with excessive monitoring and micro-management. Flexibility is virtually nonexistent. Employees are required to badge in and out, even for lunch breaks, which are capped at 30 minutes. The office environment is equally uninspiring, resembling an outdated 80s police station with little to no natural light. The technology is outdated, with slow PCs and an unnecessary level of security. Unsurprisingly, turnover is high, and the company struggles to attract and retain young talent. The rigid policies and outdated company culture feel completely disconnected from modern workplace values. If you're looking for a forward-thinking, employee-friendly organization, this may not be the best fit.

While we do not entirely grasp how the firm and our style of working are described, we acknowledge that experiences can vary. What feels clear and supportive to one person may feel constraining to another. We aim for a healthy balance between structure and flexibility. Depending on their role, employees can work from home three to four days a week. Our approach to time registration allows for flexibility when it comes to working hours. Our offices have natural light, and our IT infrastructure is regularly updated, with reuse where possible. Given the sensitive nature of our projects, a strict security policy is essential. The IT market is competitive and fast-moving, and we’re proud that our turnover rate is well below the national average.
