Pluspunten
Overall great Company Tableau is a great company and definitely a good place to work. The co-workers are friendly and very open to new employees, they believe in the company, the vision and the product. The company itself treats employees fair and equal and invest a lot, including a 2 week bootcamp for every new starter in Seattle with good hotel (not the creepy one 20 miles out of town) and 1 week annual sales kick off too. Customers like to work with the product and I have not met an angry customer yet. The management recently changed from the 13 years founders & inner circle to a new CEO from outside, this is a good move. The new CEO is from Amazon Web Services, he will make changes with out the emotional legacy of the founders.
Minpunten
A lot of people have the attitude „if the customer don’t get how awesome we are, it’s his problem“. For a long time, Tableau was the only player in the market, this is not the case anymore. Competition is catching up fast and might not as good as Tableau, but good enough to get it’s share.
