Tableau has a great product, but much smaller than the competition atm. Being a Data company, everything is highly KPI and Datadriven. Much of the management is young and inexperienced. Sales people are expected to be Sales Engineers to a great extend. You will only succeed and be happy here if you truly love BI and data and enjoy working with like minded people.
