      Lovely colleagues, I generally enjoy working with most people and spending time with them in the office. Good product. Solid, well-designed, trustworthy.

      The way this company is managed is ridiculous. There’s insane pressure to hit certain numbers, but no structure, support or guidance into making it happen. Short term focused, reluctant to address fundamental issues. It results in panic, multiple rounds of layoffs and quietly firing people on top of that. Making it even harder to hit the numbers. People that stay being asked to cover multiple roles but getting nothing in return as there have been salary freezes for a long time.

      Culture, Culture, Culture...the Recruitee (Tellent) team has figured it out! in my experience i certainly will be measuring them up to Recruitee because it really opened your eyes to how it should be done! -ZERO red tape bureaucracy; from the leadership down the CEO knows people by first name; you have the sense you can speak with anyone and people follow up (messages, emails) and always willing to help you succeed. -Benefits WFH, Healthcare, 401K, Bonuses, Travel, meeting new colleagues from all around Europe

      Nothing to share of a con; As would like many companies in the market conditions today the company had to extend the runway which led to some great talent being let go.
