This is a very chaotic company. Priorities change constantly, making it difficult to understand what success actually looks like. Teams are always asked to change priorities before previous initiatives are finished. There is a strong focus on growth and external messaging, but not enough attention is paid to execution, alignment, and the impact of decisions on employees. This creates frustration, confusion, and a lack of trust. Many employees seem exhausted by the constant changes, high targets, and uncertainty. I have seen many good people leaving. If you prefer to work in a highly structured environment with clear priorities and consistent leadership, this is not the right place for you.

It's mainly about financial numbers driven by the owner (private equity). The leads to a lack of long-term vision. A lot of people are hired and fired.
