Minpunten
The company is extremely poorly managed and truly has the most incompetent senior leadership imaginable. Decisions are taken with no proper thought and changed every month, projects are rushed and not scoped properly leading to a large number of people burning out, C-level members engage in extreme nepotism in their hiring which leads to incompetent people being put in positions that are way too senior for them, and overall the company's atmosphere has become quite toxic and political. Would definitely not recommend working here especially with the multiple rounds of layoffs recently or the fact that the company has been quiet firing people for a while as well.
