People are great friendly and easy to communicate. They have a family like working environment. Have some events to keep the spirit up.

Minpunten

They give 1 year contract for 3 years and let you go which should give you some ideas about the company. Even if you have high review scores it does not change a thing because they do not decide based on data. Most of the managers are just managers because they are in the same company for a long time not because they are capable of managing. Overall communication skills of the managers are really poor as well.

Headquarters are located in Amsterdam so there is a lot of zoom meetings.
