Pluspunten
If you're a high performer, you will be given a lot of responsibility very quickly. You will need to learn on your own, but if you're up to the task, you will be exposed to a lot very quickly. Your resume, comparative to time spent at another company (especially if you're entry level), will look great after you leave here. I also learned a tremulous amount from my immediate managers / seniors.
Minpunten
Horrible initial compensation and pay / raise structure. You are never compensated for your growth; despite any promotions you may receive, they raise you at 3-5% (anything larger needs sign off from senior management or the CEO!). Erratic leadership, poor and disorganized employee onboarding process, and a bad (but yet expected) work - life balance. Wouldn't be so bad if you felt validated / compensated for your work. The company is unabashedly sales focused; being part of any other team makes you feel like you're working in their basement.
