Will hire you with no experience and provide solid training. When I left this job after a year--the Job I got right after paid more than double for a less taxing job.

Minpunten

Will underpay you for what you do, keep you on salary and expect 80 hour weeks. Only promotes from within. Will fire you if you leave your résumé on monster.

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Minpunten

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
