Translators are juniors who are underpaid and no training or real mentor ship is provided. Revisors become so after 6 months out of university due to high turnover. Prepare to be exploited and do long hours and not get any raise for years. Prepare to be treated like dirt. Management will not have your back. One of the sales people even got sued for harassment at work and was kept on board while the whistle blowers got cut.
