- Management consists of people who have worked at TransPerfect for their entire career and lack the fundamental training in developing people. - The company focuses on monetary growth at the expense of employee satisfaction and proving tools for employees to succeed - Computer and systems are outdated - overwhelming number of emails (300+ a day) because there have been no proper processes or ticketing system

Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

Minpunten

Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

Provides strong opportunities for travel, especially around conferences. The company makes a strong effort to onboard and support new employees and clients. There are many great colleagues to connect with and learn from.

Minpunten

My experience was that leadership lacked clear direction and timely decision-making. The culture felt transactional, with employee retention and development taking a back seat to short-term financial performance.
