Job requires a great deal of organizational skills and timely actionable work on a daily basis, this forces you to learn at a quick pace and manage a wide variety of tasks at the same time. You work with people from around the world and practice negotiating, budgeting, quality control on short TAT and building relationships.
Minpunten
The work can be never ending. This creates for a high stress environment and a great deal of the time, you can spend 12+ hours and still find yourself with work that needs to be done. The high stress environment creates room for error and when errors happen, the company (not my direct managers) look for a reason/person to blame. This places a lot of pressure on those who make mistakes on brushing any errors under the carpet or blaming someone else, which can create a toxic environment.
