Worst eLearning management team I’ve ever had to deal with. Zero understanding of process, no clarity in communication, and completely out of touch with how things actually work. It’s frustrating when the people managing a project are the ones holding it back.

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Minpunten

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
