If you question the ethics of the company at all you will get shot down. - The entire job and EOY reviews are centered around ladder-climbing. - Very soul-sucking job. It revolves around always gunning for the next promotion, salary increase, and title. - Not much of a culture really other than "we're nice" which just really means they are corporate nice. There's so much politics and passive aggressiveness everywhere.
