Horrible management. Most staff are incompetent and don't know their job but last for years. Staff including management are messy and rude.

The pay is not very competitive, but it is only a student research assistant position and is more about the experience

Very limited working hours, since its on an as-needed basis based on exams and projects. Slow weeks leading up to finals.
