- Salariul venea la timp - Bun pentru studenti - Partial remote - Uneori ofera si goodies

Minpunten

- Management inexistent - Salarii mici - Lipsa posibilitatii de a lucra full time remote - Sediul jalnic si neterminat - Lipsa oportunitatilor de a avansa si daca gasesti o oportunitate sa avansezi e fictiva si nu vei fi lasat sa avansezi de catre upper management - Ajunge mai sus doar cine stie sa "se bage pe sub pielea sefului" adica sa bea pana nu mai poate. - Lipsa echipamentului - Metode invechite de a rezolva problemele si de a lucra - Goodies de calitate doar pentru favoriti iar restul primesc ce ramane

Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
