Here, the work environment is pretty cool. It is located in a nice district of Montreal. Feels like an University campus.

Minpunten

The salaries are well below par when we compare them to other companies (either small or big). It is not easy to move up the ladder.

Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

Minpunten

Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
