-Most of the Managers do not truly listen to issues and most lack empathy. You are NOT a good manager if you don’t have it.
-The pay structure is unimpressive compared to other tech companies especially when you actually have true skills.
-People don’t get paid what they deserve. Either too much or not enough.
-Favoritism is a wild theme here. Leads to poor morale. I guess friends come first.
-Getting lied straight to your face is disrespectful, especially regarding work feedback.
-The turnover rate has gotten out of hand. That needs to be talked about seriously.
-Seems like only the sales team is cared about, even though other teams keep things running as well. However, I’ve heard from many sales staff members regarding bad treatment.
