Minpunten
- Management has, at times, had a micromanagement problem. It seems that they are afraid to trust their employees make good decisions. I will grant that this micromanagement may have been necessary at one point with a large amount of young and inexperienced employees, but now several experienced managers have been brought in and should be trusted in their decision making - I found the open floor plan to be more distracting than helpful. It was often to difficult to work on tasks that required concentration due to constant distractions and interruptions. - Policies are constantly changing. This is due to the large growth and acquistion that AirWatch has recently gone through, but it makes it very difficult to complete tasks when processes and policies change every two weeks - Unrealistic timelines are often given to customers without first consulting with product teams on prior commitments and other timelines. This results in low quality work or "band-aid" fixes that will just have to be reworked later. This is changing with the VMWare acquisition as VMWare is putting a strong focus on quality
