Calling it a complete circus is not far from the truth. - Management openly lies about the company and the non-existent products. - Frequent re-orgs for the sake of change with no real reason or plan - Weak leadership and sinking morale. - In fighting, and backstabbing are the norm. - Cronyism runs rampant with unqualified people in positions they have no business being in. - All hands meetings quickly turn into Senior Managers patting themselves on the back for no progress and bad decisions. - Most of their data centers are on fire and oversubscribed. No one cares unless a customer calls to complain and then it's all hands on deck.
