Management. This division of Wells Fargo is poorly managed and morale is horrible. Sales goals are set too high and are unachievable in most cases. They have people in management positions who should not be in that position because he/she lack the ability to lead teams effectively. Barking at people and blame-storming because of your mistakes are not management styles.
