If lucky, you will work on pretty new technologies. 4. Leaves 12 personal ,12 annual, 9 sick, 10 holidays and leave encashment (max 8 annual leaves per year). 5. Brand name and you can understand US work culture. 6. 60 days notice period

      1. Middle management and managers do lot of politics. Managers are worst 2. No promotion given for good candidates. Only bucket guys get promoted within 2 years others stay in same level for 4-5 years 3. Manager has all power, so you should be careful 4. Unnecessary processes

      Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

      Minpunten

      Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
