Wise severely lacks respect and value for loyal and hard working employees. Instead of recognizing hard work and dedication, the management prioritizes favoritism, forming toxic cliques that thrive on gaslighting and backing each other up. The work environment is hostile, with no accountability or fairness in decision making. Even HR, which should act as a neutral and supportive resource, displays zero empathy or concern for employee well being.
This issue seems to stem more from the Wise Platform side of the business rather than the Wise business lines. The USA based management, in particular, has historically acted like a lobby, protecting each other and showing clear bias. Many of these managers, especially those from the US and UK, contribute to this toxic dynamic. Such a culture discourages growth, fosters mistrust, and ultimately harms the company and its people.
