Been here a good while and the work still keeps me interested. There's a ton of opportunity to do something new in our problem space. The recent leadership changes on the R&D side have been a real step forward and they're clearly focused on getting the triad teams to win together instead of separately. What we've been shipping lately is something I can stand behind. For years, modernizing the products felt more like a promise than a plan, and that's finally starting to become real. It's good to see.

None, working here is great.

Great work life balance with flexible PTO and pay. Lots of really great people working here that I enjoy collaborating with. Everyone here has a great attitude and work ethic. I can see the positive changes really taking effect in the product/design/engineering teams. We have tons of meaningful and exciting work happening now. I am really proud to see our products becoming modernized and looking way more professional and sophisticated with a new design system. I've gotten to talk customers and see them get really about all the new things we're developing. I enjoy coming to work and doing great things with my colleagues.

I'm not sure this is really a con from my own perspective but we're just in a transformational period. That came with some hard decisions and lay offs earlier this year. Some people really thrive in a transforming environment but for others change can be hard. Our health insurance is just ok in my use of it, I'd prefer it if our benefits team changed to a better company and plan than UMR/United in 2027.
