Drive workload and blame team members when things go wrong. Refuse to take any responsibilities themselves. Weekly Best Workday Pulse Survey won't work when you have a small team. That means easy identification and retribution, either you leave or suck it up. Some group have high turnovers. Tough to see Workday is going this way.
