During the interview process, we go to great lengths to set realistic expectations about the challenges that come with the Account Executive role because it's important to us that everyone who comes on board has a solid understanding of the highs and lows that a career in sales brings. With that, our management style at Yelp is very hands-on, and to some, this might feel like micromanagement. However, our goal is to provide ample support to our teams as they learn new skills and practice new tactics.
