The only pro is the fashion environment.

Minpunten

Low pay rate. Low employee discount. Too much work for the pay. I worked at Zara 3+ years and was never evaluated or offered a raise.

My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
