There are some great clothes, although the quality seems to be slipping more and more. Having a uniform saves on expenses.

Minpunten

Upper management/corporate is a mass of confusion and incompetence. I don't think anyone has the slightest idea what they are doing.

My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
