Management don't know what to do Don't give enough hours for casuals Even if there are a good profit at the end of the day, still they only roster 1-2 people.

My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
