- Can understand SAAS Workflow - Can understand the working of Frameworks from scratch

Minpunten

- Expectations are hight for growth - All are internal frameworks need more effort for switch - Manager Politics will be more and WFH are not give as such there is a limitations. - Some teams are there with more toxic to question the whereabouts in leave also and ask to work.

First couple of years it was actually a good job filled with understanding and super cool people. Those people have either left or changed for the worse.

As Zoho has shifted focus to upmarket, they have shifted from being a “different” company to being like every other company. Went from remote to hybrid back RTO. However, they make exceptions for some people and not others. Very big on favoritism and fear mongering. There is definitely racial and gender discrimination there as well. People no longer enjoy working there. They just do what they have to so they stay under the radar or to make other look bad so they look good.
