Company culture is branded but not performed. Hard work is not recognized, only social butterflies and friendly politics Feedback and billability is only important when desired. If senior management doesn't like the margin ratios of your project, don't expect any recognition. There is no transparent communication on team switches and restructuring. Once they are communicated, they are happening.

Coming from a large consulting firm, the culture at delaware is so much better! The relationships feel more personal and the processes do not create unnecessary overhead.

Minpunten

There are still office politics. The organization is flat, which could be a pro or a con depending on how that impacts your role.

None! I only lasted a week.

Minpunten

Dishonest hiring practices. Recruiters will like through their teeth and then deny it later. They expect grunt slave robots not humans. Working on a contract (C2C) there was one of the worst professional experiences of my lifetime and lasted only five days due to the lies surrounding what the role was all about just to get a body in the door. Then abuse and discard that person? No thank you. This is a sweatshop worse than Accenture
