Of your skills - maybe, They take advantage and are pleased with every thing you do on top yet are unable to recognize it in any "proffesional" manner. Colleagues waking up being locked out of their laptops because they were "let go" which has nothing to do with their performance and makes no sense. Constant change that derails productivity. This keeps the morale low. Late meetings on most positions as you cooperate with US.
