When was the last time anyone ever talked about the fun eBay we knew for years. Does anyone read email from our members anymore? Has any Senior Management ever called anonymously to the eBay support teams and talked to our brilliant inexperienced team members from Mumbai. Customer Support is in a downward spiral trying to run a call center that is broken at every angle from nobody knowing how to address customers properly to technology that don't work
