The benefits and bonus plan are outstanding. They are better than any other place I have worked at. In addition, eBay hires very bright, hard working people you would be proud to work with. This lead to a stimulating environment in some circumstances. It also can lead to frustration for people who feel they are not being taken seriously.
Minpunten
Sr. management changes direction fairly often and doesn't seem to have a good handle on where to take the company. They have great bench strength, they should listen to it. A lot of very bright people have tried to provide input and guidance with little success. Start listening to your people!
