eBay is a great company, and most people there are very positive. I feel they do take pretty good care of their employees, as long as you do what is expected. A lot of people have been there for quite a while, considering the age of the company.
Minpunten
There are a lot of unseen politics, and although people put on a happy face, you learn that they are overall less happy than at face value. Despite being a tech company, they are still refining their internal systems, so a lot of record keeping is done in multiple systems, which requires a fair amount of duplicate data entry.
