The people are best in class, and extremelely gratifying to work with. eBay is a global company, and there is always an opportunity to partner with new peers to achieve what once was the impossible. 2. Always opportunities to work on something new and grow from the experience. 3. eBay has made a lot of progress going green. 4. eBay is a great product that I would stand behind for others to use.

Minpunten

The company has been receiving negative publicity which does not reflect the company's direction and true intentions. The stock price has not been performing as well is anybody would have liked.

Good work, lots of AI experiments, AI innovation, latest tech stack, Co-workers are very co-operative and helpful. Most AI tools are still unlimited.

Minpunten

Some teams are over-working due to smaller teams as a result of recent layoffs. Office perks (like catered food, snacks) are dwindling every quarter even though company wants every employee to be 3 days a week in office. Company wants 80 percent code to be generated by AI but no clear guideline how to achieve that.
