To address your first comment, eFund Insurance is an award-winning final expense telesales agency the past 10 years, since 2011. There are many pros of working at eFund Insurance, including selling a product that is purpose driven, protecting what matters most (loved ones), working from the comfort of your home if and when needed, working for a recession proof industry, quarterly and yearly bonuses, early convention trips, quarterly commission increase incentives, and personal and professional development. Second, compensation structure shifted to provide a more lucrative total compensation structure, which we have invested into our state-of-the-art platform, hands on and engaged training programs, business and sales advice from our top performing sales professionals and leaders, technology support and access, and unlimited prequalified leads. We are committed to each agent’s success. Bonuses are always paid out to active agents who are in good standing. Third, this is false. Our workplace and office environment are extremely positive, one that promotes growth and goal attainment, that our staff and agents love.
