- pleasant people from various backgrounds - some good training across sales, presenting skills, agile management etc. - ones in a while truly exciting projects - great as a first/second job - above industry-average compensation
Minpunten
- augmented work ( you may end up working as a contractor for a year or two on the same project/client) -less of an advisory/equal partnership, more of a "yes man" agency mindset -a lot of pressure to "share you contacts" / "run an introduction" if you join from the brand side -unclear positioning - sometimes it's "frog" and sometimes it's "Capgemini Invent" - parental leave/benefits leave much to be desired
