Company doesn't have clear cut roles and responsibilities defined. you need to be part of politics and nagging to keep progressing , or staying at the top. Higher management doesn't really care about all employee's satisfaction ! But focus on certain groups of people who are deceitful, cynical , disrespectful and play politics to satisfy ego of higher management.
