That’s what you’re good at. If you want your company to prosper - get a stable CEO. The CTO is his little puppet and copies that toxic behavior instead of being himself. Mike is the only one with stability. I hope they invest in therapy so they can improve that company culture and make sure the mission stays alive. And of course - they pay horribly but expect you to serve their mission like a slave. Hardly any work/life balance. It’s more a cult like “how dare you have a life outside of these office walls”
