First was a group interview basic run down on Aldi and its past and the role expectations, definitely answer questions and ask your own. Got called for a second interview and had to attend a medical at their preferred injurynet practitioner, it was very full on you have to strip down to underwear and do a tonne of medical tests this was very annoying the practitioner was 45 minutes away and the whole medical was ridiculous! Attended second interview basic questions about circumstances you were involved in at previous jobs and how you overcame them. After a week I got a rejection from the Aldi head office.
