Completed an application with questions and Assessments. Was offerred an initial phone interview, this lasted about 30 minutes, answered questions in relation to managemnet style, why I want to work for Aldi etc. Never heard back from them, even a thanks but no thanks. Was told later by Aldi that they dont hiew people to manage a role unless they have worked that exact role.
