Unfortunately, it is widely reported that Aldi does not provide candidates with interview feedback - sadly, I experienced this myself.

The interview and application process were a bit long. I received an invitation for my in-store interview about a month after I submitted the initial video interview and application. In the initial video interview, I was asked three questions and timed (asked about customer service experience).

It was a simple process and very easy to understand, booking a slot for the in person interview is flexible and they offer a range of times over a few weeks
