I googled some practice tests beforehand, so after doing 5 or so practice ones, I found the actual assessment fairly easy. Then there was the personality test, this was easy as I'm not a psycho! Then there was the video interview. This was the most nerve-wracking as you didn't know the questions in advance. However if you google typical questions you can prepare. Then there was the group interview, followed by the individual interview on the same day. TIP: be really familiar with the product brand names. I had researched all about the company etc, but it skipped my mind to learn what their brand of cheese was called. Opps.
