Online recording, you can test/ practice unlimited times while you can't repeat real interview that consists of 5 question. And you can use their system to access, very easy. My recommendation is practice as much as you can and give a shot on the real one.

The process started with a ~30-minute phone interview with an optical engineer. He briefly introduced the company and team, then asked about my background, education, and several projects I’ve worked on. We talked about my experience in optical design, simulation and fabrication, and he asked which locations and teams I was interested in. At the end he explained which optical engineer positions might fit my profile, the timeline for feedback, and the possible next steps in the interview process.
